    【摘 要】目的 探究火针联合异维A酸及强脉冲光治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月-12月我院收治的70例囊肿型痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，各35例。对照组给予异维A酸及强脉冲光治疗，研究组给予火针联合异维A酸及强脉冲光治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮损情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为91.43%，高于对照组的65.71%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 火针联合异维A酸及强脉冲光治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床效果良好，可在保障安全性的基础上提高疗效，改善患者的皮损情况，促进恢复。
