    【摘 要】当前我国的经济发展迫切需要一批高水平的技能型人才，高技能人才的培养离不开一支高素质“双师型”师资队伍。然而，目前高职院校普遍缺乏真正意义上的“双师型”教师。职业技能大赛能够促进高职教师转变教育理念，提高专业能力，为“双师型”师资队伍的建设提供了强大的推动力。本文以医学美容技术专业为例，探究技能大赛对于高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的重要影响。
