    【摘 要】目的 观察盐酸特比萘芬与伊曲康唑治疗甲癣的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月-12月我院收治的210例甲癣患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组(n=106)与对照组(n=104)。研究组口服盐酸特比萘芬片，对照组口服伊曲康唑，比较两组治疗甲癣后真菌清除情况，及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组指甲癣治疗有效率为84.44%，趾甲癣治疗有效率为80.33%，对照组的指甲癣治疗有效率80.95%，趾甲癣治疗有效率79.03%，但两组治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸特比萘芬与伊曲康唑治疗甲癣的疗效相近，均可治疗甲癣，且不会增加不良反应，安全性较高。
