    【摘 要】目的 探究在美容整形隆鼻手術中运用透明质酸注射与硅胶假体的效果差异性。方法 选取2020年12月-2021年12月本院收治的80例开展美容整形隆鼻手术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为对照组及试验组，各40例。对照组采用硅胶假体隆鼻，试验组采用透明质酸注射液隆鼻，比较两组隆鼻满意度、鼻部形态学指标、术后1年隆鼻维持率、并发症发生率。结果 两组隆鼻满意度评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组术后15 d鼻长、鼻唇角、鼻尖角、鼻孔长轴角、鼻背长度、小柱-小叶比、鼻小柱高度、鼻尖突出度指标比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组隆鼻维持率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；试验组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05). There was no significant difference in nasal length， nasolabial angle， nasal tip angle， nostril long axis angle， nasal dorsum length， columella-lobule ratio， nasal columella height and nasal tip protrusion between the two groups at 15 days after operation (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the maintenance rate of rhinoplasty between the two groups (P>0.05).
