    【摘 要】目的 比较双垫矫治装置(Twin-Block)与肌激动器(Activator)对骨性Ⅱ类青少年上气道结构的影响。方法 选取2020年12月-2021年12月我院收治的68例骨性Ⅱ类青少年患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各34例。对照组佩戴Twin-Block矫治器，研究组佩戴Activator矫治器，比较两组上气道软硬腭后、舌后气道指标及上气道矢状径指标。结果 两组矫治后Ve1-Ve2、P1-P2、Pas1-Pas2均高于矫治前，且研究组高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 Twin-Block与Activator矫治器用于骨性Ⅱ类青少年矫治均能有效改善患者的上气道结构，提升其呼吸通气效率，但Activator矫治器对于腭咽段、舌咽段的矢状径改善效果更佳，临床可依据患者实际情况合理选择矫治器。
