    【摘 要】目的 探究学龄前儿童体质指数与乳牙龋病的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月-7月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院口腔科门诊就诊的180例龋齿患儿的相关资料，计算体质指数(BMI)值，评价生长发育水平、营养状况，同时进行口腔检查，分析BMI指数与龋病之间的相关性。结果 不同年龄患儿中各BMI标准的龋失补牙数、龋失补牙面数比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；不同BMI标准患儿中BIM标准为优良的患儿的龋失补牙数、龋失补牙面数高于瘦和标准，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 儿童乳牙龋与生长发育的关系密切，应尽快采取综合措施预防。
