    【摘 要】高职院校是人才培养的重要场所，肩负为社会输送专业技术人才的责任。眼视光技术专业是高职院校的重要专业之一，该专业学生毕业面临的是社会一线工作，需要具备较强的实践能力。因此高职院校需要注重自身的教育改革，优化创新教学内容，强化校企合作、工学结合等，培养出更加符合社会需求的专业人才。本文分析了新形势下眼视光技术专业人才需求及现状，提出了相关培养策略，以期为该专业改革提供一些参考。
