    【摘 要】“达标教学”可利用灵活多样的教学模式，以学生为学习主体，综合考虑每位学生的学习能力、知识水平、性格特点及个体化需求，制定个体化教学目标和教学方案，有利于提升教师的责任感、提高学生积极性，师生共同努力，保证既定教学目标的顺利达成。与传统教学相比，“达标教学”教学目标更加明确，教学方式更加灵活，教学方案更加个体化。临床教学中合理应用“达标教学”，有利于提高教师自身素质，培养融洽的师生关系，促进学生综合素质的全面提升。本文阐述了“达标教学”在临床教学中的应用和体会，分析了 “达标教学”的特点和益处，以期不断提高临床医学教学水平。
