    【摘 要】胶原蛋白是脊椎动物体内最丰富的结构性蛋白质，包括28位家族成员，再人体生理功能中有至关重要的作用。本文通过对胶原蛋白家族成员与其典型的三螺旋结构特征进行分析，论述了胶原蛋白生物合成及共价交联的具体机制和胶原蛋白生物学功能，从而说明胶原蛋白参与细胞生长与衰老相关调控。最后总结了由于胶原蛋白突变或不正常表达而造成的疾病，旨在为胶原蛋白的深入研究提供理论参考和借鉴。
