    【摘 要】目的 研究微型種植体支抗技术在青少年减数正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年7月-2022年7月我院口腔科收治的50例行减数双侧上颌第一前磨牙的青少年减数正畸患者为研究对象，按照支抗控制方式分为研究组与对照组，每组25例。研究组选择微型种植体支抗作为磨牙支抗控制方式，对照组选择Nance弓作为磨牙支抗控制方式，比较两组治疗前后头影测量数据(SNA、FHMP、U1-SN、U1-NA°、U1-NAmm)以及治疗前后垂直向(6u-PP)和矢状向(6u-PV)的变化。结果 两组患者治疗后SNA、U1-SN、U1-NA°、U1-NAmm低于治疗前，6u-PV高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后U1-SN、U1-NAmm、6u-PV低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组FH-MP和6u-PP比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 微型种植体支抗和Nance弓都能在青少年减数正畸治疗中起到良好的支抗作用，且微型种植体支抗作为绝对支抗较Nance弓效果前牙内收效果更为确切，并产生更小的磨牙移位。
