    【摘 要】目的 探讨牙列缺失患者采用口腔种植修复术的治疗效果及对其美观度、舒适度的影响。方法选取我院2021年1月-2022年6月收治的100例牙列缺失患者进行回顾性分析，根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组采用义齿固定修复治疗，观察组采用口腔种植修复术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的美观度[红色美学评分(PES)和白色美学评分(WES)]及舒适度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%，高于对照组的86.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后PES和WES评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组舒适度为96.00%，高于对照组的82.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对牙列缺失患者采用口腔种植修复术可有效提高整体治疗效果，提升其美观度和舒适度，值得临床应用。
