    【摘 要】目的 探讨艾灸刮痧罐配合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取2019年6月-2022年6月本院收治的180例急性周围性面瘫患者为研究对象，随机分为甲组、乙组，每组90例。甲组采用常规药物联合穴位按摩治疗，乙组采用艾灸刮痧罐联合针刺治疗，比较两组临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果乙组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于甲组的62.22%(P<0.05)；乙组治疗满意度为100.00%，高于甲组的61.11%(P<0.05)。结论 艾灸刮痧罐联合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床效果良好，可有效改善患者的临床症状，提高治疗满意度，促进恢复。
