    【摘 要】目的 比較不同离心条件下制备改良富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)在治疗重度慢性牙周炎中的作用。方法 选取2016年9月-2021年9月于我院行翻瓣术的66例重度慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象，根据PRF制备条件分为低速制备组(n=34)和高速制备组(n=32)。低速制备组采用1500 r/min离心14 min制备改良PRF(A-PRF)，高速制备组采用3000 r/min离心5 min制备改良PRF(L-PRF)，比较两组离心后血清生长因子水平、临床附着丧失(CAL)及牙周探诊深度(PD)。结果 低速制备组离心后血小板源性生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平均高于高速制备组(P<0.05)；两组术后3个月CLA和PD水平均低于术前，且低速制备组低于高速制备组(P<0.05)。结论 降低相对离心力并延长制备时间得到的A-PRF在生长因子释放性能、促进成纤维细胞增殖和迁移的作用优于L-PRF，且在促进牙周组织再生和修复中的应用价值较高。
