    【摘 要】超分子水杨酸作为水杨酸的一种控缓释剂型，对皮肤具有抗炎、抗菌、双向调节角质等作用，因此近年来广泛应用于皮肤病的临床治疗中。本文详细介绍了超分子水杨酸的作用机理，并结合相关文献报道综述超分子水杨酸在皮肤科的应用，包括痤疮、玫瑰痤疮、黄褐斑、炎症后色素沉着及其他皮肤病，以期为超分子水杨酸的临床应用提供参考。
