    【摘 要】黄褐斑是一种色素沉着性损容性皮肤病，严重影响患者的生活质量，造成患者心理创伤。中医治疗黄褐斑的方法有中药外用、中药内服、针刺、艾灸、穴位埋线等，在整体观念辨证施治理论指导下，取得较好的临床疗效。本文就近年中医治疗黄褐斑的研究进行梳理，主要从单纯疗法、联合疗法两方面进行分类总结，以期为黄褐斑的中医临床研究提供更多的参考依据。

    【Abstract】 Chloasma is a pigmented skin disease， which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and causes psychological trauma. The methods of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chloasma include external use of traditional Chinese medicine， oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine， acupuncture， moxa-wool moxibustion， acupoint catgut embedding， etc. Under the guidance of the overall concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment theory， good clinical efficacy has been achieved.
