李素兰 张火亮 杨嘉雯【摘 要】近年来,随着我国经济水平的发展,医疗技术也逐渐进步。目前,医疗正面临着改革和创新的新阶段,人力资源管理对于提高医院竞争力、促进医院医疗改革进程具有重要意义。在当前的新时代背景下,传统的医院人力资源管理模式已无法适应新时代的医院医疗发展需求,进一步提高基层医院人力资管理水平是大势所需,有利于强化基层医院的卫生服务职能,提升基层医院医疗服务质量。因此,本文通过对基层医院人力资源现状进行分析,提出一些解决对策,以期推动医疗整体水平的发展。
