    【摘 要】目的 研究聯合采用光动力疗法、重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白疤痕凝胶治疗中重度痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果。方法 选择2022年7月-2023年1月我院皮肤科收治的92例中重度凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分成常规组和联合组，各46例。常规组予以光动力疗法，联合组在常规组基础上加用重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白疤痕凝胶，比较两组临床疗效、痤疮瘢痕评分、心理状态及不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为95.65%，高于常规组的82.61%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 将光动力疗法联合重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白疤痕凝胶用于中重度痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者治疗中能提高临床疗效，降低痤疮瘢痕评分，改善患者心理状态，且安全性高，值得临床应用。
