    【摘 要】术后干眼作为白内障患者手术治疗后常见症状，患者主要临床表现为眼部畏光、视物模糊、眼红、干涩、粘液过多、流泪以及眼中异物感。引起白内障患者出现术后干眼原因包含结膜上皮、泪膜以及眼角膜上皮出现异常变化，导致患者出现泪液量明显增多。因此，患者在接受白内障手术治疗后，应着重关注患者干眼症状，并采取适宜治疗措施，保障患者眼部功能恢复正常。本文主要对白内障术后干眼的发生原因进行分析，并对其治疗进展进行综述，以期为临床白内障术后干眼的治疗提供参考。

    Research Progress on the Cause Analysis and Treatment of Dry Eye After Cataract Surgery

    【Abstract】Postoperative dry eye is a common symptom of cataract patients after surgical treatment. The main clinical manifestations of patients are photophobia， blurred vision， red eyes， dryness， excessive mucus， tears and foreign body sensation in the eyes. The causes of postoperative dry eye in cataract patients include abnormal changes in conjunctival epithelium， tear film and corneal epithelium， resulting in a significant increase in tear volume. Therefore， after cataract surgery， patients should focus on dry eye symptoms and take appropriate treatment measures to ensure that patients eye function returns to the normal.
