    【摘 要】化妆品具有美白、保湿、滋养等功效，是多种有效成分的作用结果，而有效成分本身大多数为营养成分，导致微生物污染发生率较高，容易引发化妆品品质劣变。防腐剂在化妆品中使用较多，能降低化妆品微生物污染率。随着化妆品行业的迅速发展、功能组分的广泛使用，防腐剂在化妆品中发挥了重要作用，由此产生的相关皮肤病发生率呈上升趋势，不仅影响患者皮肤美容，亦影响化妆品的安全性。因此，本综述将以化妆品中防腐剂为起点，分析化妆品中防腐剂使用现状及相关皮肤病，进一步阐明其发展方向，以期提高化妆品安全性。
