    【摘 要】寻常型痤疮是临床上常见的一类疾病，目前针对寻常型痤疮的治疗方式多种多样，主要治疗原则为抗雄激素、抗感染、调节角化、抑脂等。其中西药治疗的优势在于见效迅速、剂型完整、使用便捷等，但是随着使用时间的延长，可能伴有一定的药物副作用，存在缺乏针对性用药等缺陷。随着中医治疗的进展，中药外用治疗方式具有独特的优势，便于针对性改善患者的临床症状，安全性较高。本文主要针对寻常型痤疮的临床特征、中药外用治疗方案进行概述，以期为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。
