    【摘 要】为探究A型肉毒素治疗面部皱纹的美容效果，本研究选取2021年1月-2023年1月于我院行面部皱纹修复的50例患者为研究对象，所有患者均采用A型肉毒素进行治疗，观察临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果显示，治疗总有效率高达98.00%，不良反应发生率较低，仅为4.00%。可见，在面部皱纹治疗中，应用A型肉毒素治疗效果肯定，治疗过程安全，值得临床应用。

    Cosmetic Effect of Type A Botulinum Toxin in the Treatment of Facial Wrinkles

    【Abstract】In order to explore the cosmetic effect of type A botulinum toxin in the treatment of facial wrinkles， this study selected 50 patients who underwent facial wrinkle repair in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 as the research object. All patients were treated with type A botulinum toxin， and the clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed.
