    【摘 要】目的 探究富馬酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年12月泰州市疾病预防控制中心收治的120例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为参照组和研究组，各60例。参照组予以富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊治疗，研究组在参照组基础上加入胶原贴敷料治疗，比较两组症状积分、面部皮肤功能、炎性指标以及不良反应发生率。结果 两组治疗后皮肤疼痛、皮肤瘙痒以及皮肤灼热评分均低于治疗前，且研究组低于参照组(P0.05)。结论 面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎在治疗的过程中给予富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊联合胶原贴敷料治疗可更好的缓解面部症状，改善面部皮肤功能，控制炎症反应，药物联合使用未增加不良反应发生率，值得临床应用。
