【摘 要】目的 观察在牙周炎治疗中应用牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸的效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2022年12月本院收治的90例牙周炎患者为研究对象，按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用牙周组织再生术治疗，观察组采用牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙周指标及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的75.56%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的效果良好，可有效改善患者的牙周情况，且不会增加并发症发生风险，应用安全性较高。
