    【摘 要】颞下颌关节疾病(TMD)是一种发生率较高的口腔颌面部肌肉骨骼疾病，病变部位包括颞下颌关节、咀嚼肌及相关结构。TMD发病机制复杂，多与炎症因子、氧化应激(OS)、遗传基因等相关。口腔正畸学是口腔医学的重要分支学科，可通过种植义齿、牙齿修补、佩戴矫治器等方式对牙齿与口腔颌面部畸形进行矫正。但目前国内外研究关于口腔正畸治疗与TMD中的关系尚存在一定争议，故本文就口腔正畸治疗在TMD中的应用进展作一综述，以明确两者之间关系，以期为临床后续治疗提供参考。
