    【摘 要】瘢痕挛缩属于手部烧伤后比较常见的并发症之一，会引起功能障碍，降低患者的日常生活质量。因此，需高度重视手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩的防治工作。当前，有关手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩的防治措施较多，伴随医学技术不断进步，各类新的防治措施相继出现并被应用于临床，且取得了良好疗效。本文围绕近年来手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩预防和治疗的研究进展进行综述，旨在为临床制定有关防治方案提供参考依据。

    【Abstract】Scar contracture is one of the common complications after hand burns， which can cause dysfunction and reduce the quality of daily life of patients.
