    【摘 要】麻黄连翘赤小豆汤作为张仲景经典名方，被后世医家广泛应用且成效显著。近期许多研究表明该方加减或合方在治疗各类如病毒性、变态反应性、红斑鳞屑性及神经功能性等皮肤病方面均有较好的临床效果，充分体现了“方证对应，异病同治”的重要思想。本文收集整理了近年来当代医家运用该方加减或合方治疗皮肤病的经验总结及对照试验等，从而探究麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗皮肤病的临床价值，为临床治疗皮肤病提供新的思路和参考。

    Clinical Application Status of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in the Treatment of Skin Diseases

    【Abstract】Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction， as a classic prescription of ZHANG Zhong-jing， has been widely used by later generations of doctors and has achieved remarkable results. Many recent studies have shown that the addition and subtraction or combination of this prescription has a good clinical effect in the treatment of various skin diseases such as viral， allergic， erythema， scaly and neurofunctional skin diseases， which fully embodies the important idea of “formula-pattern correspondence， homotherapy for heteropathy”.
