    【摘 要】选取2020年1月-2022年12月我院收治的50例蛇咬伤患者为研究对象，采用伤口封闭负压引流技术，待患者病情稳定后，且伤口肉芽组织生长良好的条件下，再进行带蒂轴型皮瓣修复治疗，观察其治疗效果。通过对所有患者进行随访调查，发现有3例患者存在皮瓣稍臃肿，其他患者均恢复良好。由此可见，应用带蒂轴型皮瓣对蛇咬伤患者进行修复治疗，不仅可以降低毛细血管栓塞率，还可以减少动脉栓塞，治疗效果较为理想。

    Treatment of Ulcer Wound After Snake Bite

    【Abstract】From January 2020 to December 2022， 50 patients with snake bite admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. The wound closed negative pressure drainage technology was used. After the patients condition was stable and the wound granulation tissue grew well， the pedicled axial flap repair treatment was performed to observe the therapeutic effect. Through the follow-up survey of all patients， it was found that 3 patients had a slightly bloated flap， and the other patients recovered well. It can be seen that the application of pedicled axial flap for the repair of snakebite patients can not only reduce the rate of capillary embolism ......
