    【摘 要】儿童过敏性紫癜多由致敏物质或免疫复合物引起，以皮肤、肠道、关节及肾脏小血管的出血和炎症为主要表现，临床上又称为亨-舒综合征(HSP)或IgA血管炎，若治療不及时会加重患儿的病情，可使患儿出现胃肠道、肾脏及其他器官等损伤，会对儿童的生命安全造成严重的影响。临床治疗方式以药物和血液净化为主，其中药物治疗以抗炎类药物、抗组胺药物及免疫抑制剂为主，血液净化主要包括血浆置换和血流灌注。本文分析了儿童过敏性紫癜的病机，并论述了相关的治疗策略及临床应用效果，旨在为临床该疾病的诊治提供依据。

    Research Progress on Treatment Strategies for Children with Allergic Purpura

    【Abstract】Allergic purpura in children is mostly caused by allergens or immune complexes. It is mainly manifested by bleeding and inflammation of skin， intestines， joints and small renal vessels. It is also clinically known as Henoch-Sch？nlein purpura (HSP) or IgA vasculitis. If it is not treated in time， it will aggravate the condition of children， and may cause gastrointestinal tract， kidney and other organs damage in children， which will have a serious impact on childrens life safety.
