    【摘 要】牙周疾病是我国成人失牙的首要原因。近年来，种植修复已逐渐成为无法保留患牙的牙周病患者修复缺牙的重要治疗手段，有关牙周病患者种植时机和种植材料的选择及植体长期留存的问题都是临床治疗中受到关注的热点。本文简述了牙周疾病特点，从牙周病患者拔牙与种植时机的选择、材料的发展进行文献总结，旨在探讨提高种植体长期留存率的方法，阐述牙周病患者种植修复的研究新进展。
