    【摘 要】痤疮后常会遗留痤疮瘢痕，痤疮瘢痕是痤疮相关的多种因素共同作用的结果，其一般可分为两类，一类是萎缩性瘢痕，另一类是增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩。痤疮瘢痕的存在会严重影响人体外在美观，甚至导致心理社会功能障碍，其治疗是临床上一大难点。本文就痤疮瘢痕发生机制的研究进展作一综述，以期为临床治疗痤疮瘢痕提供新的思路。

    【Abstract】Acne often leads to acne scar， which is the result of a variety of factors related to acne. It can be generally divided into two categories， one is atrophic scar， the other is hypertrophic scar and keloid. The existence of acne scars will seriously affect the external appearance of the human body， and even lead to psychosocial dysfunction. Its treatment is a major clinical difficulty. This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of acne scar formation， in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of acne scars. ......
