    【摘 要】目的 评价米诺环素联合红蓝光治疗面部痤疮的效果。方法 选取我院2021年8月-2022年8月收治的126例面部痤疮患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组63例。对照组给予口服米诺环素胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合红蓝光治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 米诺环素联合红蓝光治疗面部痤疮临床疗效较好，并且安全可靠，值得在临床应用。
