    【摘 要】荨麻疹是临床中常见的过敏性皮肤病，目前有关荨麻疹的病因以及发病机制研究尚无统一定论，该病多发于自身免疫力低下的儿童或老年群体。小儿荨麻疹对儿童身体健康损害较大，严重影响其身心成长。患儿发病时症状主要体现在皮肤表面，能够观察到皮肤表面大小不等的风团，颜色或红或白，形态不一，同时还会导致严重瘙痒。临床上会根据患儿实际情况选择性使用第二代抗组胺药、糖皮质激素等缓解过敏症状，但这种西医治疗方式存在不良反应风险与疾病复发风险，因此临床也采取中医药治疗方式，以改善症状、提升体质、根治疾病。本文将对小儿荨麻疹病因以及治疗方法进行综述，以供临床参考。
