    【摘 要】目的 探讨微针射频联合红蓝光治疗轻中度痤疮的临床效果。方法 选择重庆市中医院2022年8月-9月收治的238例轻中度痤疮患者，随机分为观察组(n=128)和对照组(n=110)，观察组采用微针射频联合红蓝光照射，对照组采用单纯红蓝光照射，比较两组痤疮严重程度、临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后GAGS总分低于治疗前(P0.05)。结论 微针射频联合红蓝光治疗轻中度痤疮起效快、效果好、安全性高，同时还可有效提高患者生活质量。
