    【摘 要】玫瑰痤疮好发于面中部的慢性炎癥性皮肤病，临床上较为常见，但治疗方法有限，且治疗效果不理想。目前西医对该疾病的认识仍不完善，病因病机也尚未明确，中医对该病诊治各有见解，中医治疗有一定临床疗效，但治疗思路各异，未形成规范治疗系统，且长期疗效及安全性无法确定。本综述主要总结了玫瑰痤疮的临床表现、发病机制、西医治疗现状、古代中医对玫瑰痤疮病因病机的认识及近现代中医治疗现状，以期为临床玫瑰痤疮诊治提供系统、全面的诊疗资料。
