    【摘 要】目的 探讨口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗对于牙体缺损、牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形的修复效果。方法选取2021年3月-2023年1月于西宁市口腔医院就诊的60例牙体缺损或(和)牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形患者，随机分为单修组(n=30)和正畸+修复组(n=30)。单修组单纯开展牙体修复或(和)牙齿种植修复治疗，正畸+修复组采取口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙齿功能、口腔健康状态和并发症发生情况。结果 正畸+修复组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于单修组的66.67%(P0.05)。结论 修复前正畸治疗可有效改善患者错牙合畸形，配合后续修复治疗可解决牙体、牙列缺損问题，可有效恢复正常牙齿功能，提升口腔健康水平，且未增加并发症风险，临床应用安全可靠。
