    【摘 要】随着我国经济社会的高速发展和人民生活水平的不断提升，医美行业蓬勃发展，需要大量高素质的医学美容技术人员。然而，医学美容技术专业毕业生的素质状况与岗位对美容专业人才的综合素质要求还存在一定差距。为了更好地促进医学美容技术专业人才发展以及实现教育目标，本文对医学美容技术的发展概述、人才需求进行分析，并提出培养策略，以期推动医学美容技术专业的可持续发展。
