    【摘 要】目的 调查中青年乳腺癌患者术后的美容需求，探寻相应的护理干预措施。方法 选择东莞市厚街医院2020年2月-2023年2月收治的100例中青年乳腺癌术后患者，对所有患者进行资料收集和问卷调查，了解其美容需求，并针对不同患者的特点提出有效的护理干预措施。结果 100例中青年乳腺癌术后患者的需求率为78.00%，其中青年期美容需求率为100.00%，高于中年期的52.17%(P0.05)。结论 中青年乳腺癌患者术后美容需求较高，尤其是年龄较小、职业干部、文化程度较高者需求更高，因此临床需重视相应的护理干预措施，帮助其减轻负性情绪，提高对生活的信心，促进康复，使得患者更快的回归社会。
