【摘 要】目的 分析在氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复中应用全瓷贴面的效果。方法 选取北京核工业医院口腔科2020年1月-2022年12月收治的68例氟斑牙患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。对照组接受光固化树脂贴面修复，观察组接受全瓷贴面修复，比较两组前牙美学效果、修复效果和修复满意度。结果 观察组治疗后边缘适应性程度、压面质地、颜色匹配、外形美观A级占比均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组修复优良率为94.12%，高于对照组的70.59%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组对颜色、功能、形态、舒适度的满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复中应用全瓷贴面进行治疗，能够获得较为理想的修复效果和美学效果，且患者满意度较高。
