【摘 要】目的 分析对先天性缺牙患者给予口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗的效果。方法 选取我院2021年8月-2022年8月收治的50例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组，每组25例。对照组接受口腔正畸治疗，研究组接受口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能、语言功能、生活质量及面部外观满意度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为92.00%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；研究组修复后语言功能、咀嚼功能、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组面部外观满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果良好，可促进患者咀嚼功能和语言功能的恢复，从而提升其生活质量，且患者对治疗后面部外观改善的满意度较高。
