【摘 要】目的 探讨前牙牙体缺损修复中应用前牙残根正畸牵引加牙冠延长治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2022年3月-2023年3月收治的120例前牙牙体缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组予以牙冠延长术治疗，观察组予以前牙残根正畸牵引加牙冠延长治疗，比较两组修复效果、牙周健康情况和并发症发生情况。结果 观察组修复优良率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后的牙周探诊深度、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 前牙牙体缺损修复中应用前牙残根正畸牵引加牙冠延长治疗可改善患者的牙周健康情况，提升修复效果，降低并发症发生风险。
