【摘 要】目的 观察在皮瓣移植术后感染患者中应用持续冲洗引流联合综合护理措施的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-12月于安徽医科大学第二附属医院接受诊治的40例皮瓣移植术后感染患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法划分为试验组、对照组，各20例。试验组实施持续冲洗引流联合综合护理干预措施，对照组实施常规护理干预措施，比较两组护理满意度、临床指标。结果 试验组护理总满意度为90.00%，高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)；试验组抗生素使用时间、拔管时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对皮瓣移植术后感染患者，应用持续冲洗引流联合综合护理措施可提升患者对护理的满意程度，缩短抗生素使用时间、拔管时间、住院时间，进一步促进患者恢复。
