【摘 要】目的 分析米诺环素联合强脉冲光用于治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果。方法 选取洋县中医医院2019年7月-2022年7月收治的80例玫瑰痤疮患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组单用米诺环素，观察组联合强脉冲光，比较两组皮损情况和生活质量。结果 两组治疗后毛细血管扩张、红斑、瘙痒和丘疹评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后生理领域、自身生活质量总主观感受、环境领域、社会关系领域、心理领域和自身健康状况总主观感受评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 米诺环素联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果较佳，可有效改善患者皮损情况，提高其生活质量。
