【摘 要】目的 探讨根管治疗后不同时机牙周治疗在牙周牙髓联合病变患者中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2022年1月-12月收治的90例牙周牙髓联合病变患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组45例。对照组在进行根管治疗后3周予以牙周治疗，观察组在根管治疗后1周予以牙周治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、疼痛率[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组PD、PLI低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组IL-8、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组疼痛率为8.89%，低于对照组的37.78%(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为4.44%，低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 牙周牙髓联合病变患者在根管治疗后1周予以牙周治疗能提高治疗效果，改善牙周指数、龈沟液炎性因子，减轻疼痛感，降低并发症发生几率，值得临床应用。
