【摘 要】目的 探究在改善面部轮廓中应用颜面部吸脂术联合脂肪移植术的效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年4月于南京容丽妍医疗美容门诊部行面部轮廓整形手术的80例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组应用颜面部吸脂术治疗，研究组应用颜面部吸脂术联合脂肪移植术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、面部轮廓改善情况、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；研究组面部轮廓圆润度改善优良率及面部轮廓手感度改善优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率为2.50%，低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)；研究组满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论 颜面部吸脂术联合脂肪移植术改善面部轮廓的效果确切，可提高面部美观性，有效改善面部轮廓圆润度及手感度，且术后并发症较少，患者满意度较高。
