【摘 要】目的 探究采用透明质酸钠凝胶进行唇部填充的美学效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年1月于我院行唇部填充的120例女性求美者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组60例。对照组采用胶原蛋白填充，试验组采用透明质酸钠凝胶填充，比较两组唇峰立体感、唇线清晰度、唇纹改善情况及满意度。结果 试验组唇形立体感、唇线清晰度、唇纹改善情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组满意度为88.33%，高于对照组的58.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 透明质酸钠凝胶唇部填充能够有效改善唇形、唇线清晰度和唇纹，提升唇红区的颜色饱和度和光泽度，实现对称美感，达到自然而又丰盈的唇部美学效果。
