【摘 要】目的 探讨讲-示-做护理干预在乳牙埋伏阻生儿童正畸治疗中的效果及对患儿恐惧、遵医行为及家属护理满意度影响。方法 选取广东省中山市口腔医院2020年8月-2022年8月接受正畸治疗的乳牙埋伏阻生患儿126例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各63例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以讲-示-做护理干预，比较两组心理状态、遵医情况和家属护理满意度。结果 观察组遵医率为95.24%，高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)；观察组干预后儿童畏惧调查表-牙科分量表(CFSS-DS)评分和焦虑与合作行为级别评定量表(Venham)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组家属满意度为96.83%，高于对照组的74.60%(P<0.05)。结论 讲-示-做护理干预不仅能有效减轻乳牙埋伏阻生儿童正畸治疗中的恐惧感，还能提高患儿治疗依从性和陪护家属满意度，干预效果满意。
