【摘 要】目的 探讨针对性护理在肠造口皮肤黏膜分离伤口中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年9月-2023年4月我院收治的48例肠造口皮肤黏膜分离伤口患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组24例。对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施针对性护理干预，比较两组伤口愈合时间、并发症发生率及疼痛程度。结果 观察组伤口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为8.33%，低于对照组的41.67%(P<0.05)；观察组护理后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对肠造口皮肤黏膜分离伤口患者，针对性护理不仅能缩短伤口愈合时间，而且能降低并发症发生几率，减轻患者疼痛程度。
