【摘 要】目的 探讨在面部外伤整形美容缝合患者的护理中应用综合性护理的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-12月我院收治的68例面部外伤整形美容患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组，每组34例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予综合性护理干预，比较两组治疗依从性、负性情绪评分、感染率、瘢痕率及愈合率。结果 研究组治疗依从性为94.12%，高于对照组的73.53%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组感染率、瘢痕率均低于对照组，愈合率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合性护理干预在面部外伤整形美容缝合中的应用效果确切，可有效提高患者的治疗依从性，缓解其负性情绪，有利于降低感染及瘢痕发生几率，促进伤口愈合。
