【摘 要】目的 分析心理护理结合健康教育在烧伤整形患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年3月于我院行烧伤整形治疗的72例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组36例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用心理护理结合健康教育，比较两组心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理后躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活及心理功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为94.44%，高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理结合健康教育在烧伤整形患者中的应用效果确切，能够有效改善患者心理状态，提高其生活质量，且患者对护理服务的满意度较高。
