【摘 要】目的 分析系统性护理干预对睑内翻矫正患者术后心理状况及预后满意度的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-12月在我院接受睑内翻矫正手术治疗的56例患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组28例。对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以系统性护理干预，比较两组心理状况、舒适度评分、预后满意度与并发症发生情况。结果 研究组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组舒适度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组预后满意度为96.43%，高于对照组的71.43%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率为7.14%，低于对照组的35.71%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对睑内翻矫正患者实施系统性护理干预可改善患者心理心理状况，提高舒适度，且有助于降低并发症发生风险，促进预后满意度提高。
